1. About Us

Foodomatic operates the food outlet "Food 4U" located near Kambal Ka Tazia, Faiz Ganj, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001. These Terms govern your use of our website, phone orders, WhatsApp orders, and in-store purchases.

2. Orders

All orders — whether placed via phone, WhatsApp, our website, Swiggy, or Zomato — are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of unavailability of ingredients or operational constraints.

• Order confirmation is subject to payment and availability
• We may contact you if there are any issues with your order
• Bulk/party orders require advance notice of at least 24 hours
• Special requests are accommodated where possible but not guaranteed

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our menu and website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (in-store and on delivery)
• UPI / PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm
• Payment through Swiggy/Zomato platforms (governed by those platforms)

Online payment through third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' terms and payment policies.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Delivery Policy. Delivery availability, timing, and fees may vary. We do not guarantee delivery within specific timeframes, though we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen prepares both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee complete separation of allergens. If you have a severe food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please inform us before ordering. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions where adequate disclosure has not been made.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

• Orders already in preparation cannot be cancelled
• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for quality issues
• Contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Foodomatic's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
